Creative Biosphere Public Engagement Day

Saturday 13th August

It’s your turn to take part in our Creative Biosphere project! Come and make some large-scale collaborative artworks with us, exploring sustainability and the environment of Newport and the Isle of Wight. Weather permitting, activities will be taking place inside and outside our Creative Hub.

Independent Arts is one of five cultural organisations working with five secondary schools and five artists-in-residents over the past nine months to explore, through creativity, what it means live and work in the Isle of Wight Biosphere. The Isle of Wight Education Federation and artist Trudie Wilson have created some wonderful work so far – now it’s your turn to join in!
