Chess Craft

Fun, focused and fabulous for creative thinking, this is a relaxed, friendly chess club for all levels of experience – from complete beginners to experienced players – with sandwiches and a cup of tea!



A gentle, creative dance programme that can help you improve balance, co-ordination, muscle strength, memory and confidence, while making friends and having fun.



This weekly dance and exercise session is specifically tailored to help you if you are living with neurological conditions that affect movement.


Make & Create

Make and Create is our Tuesday afternoon drop-in session 3:30-4:30 for ages four to 104.



SingAbout is a great way for you meet and sing with other people, and socialise over a cup of tea.


Singing for Breathing

This 12 week programme is designed to help you if you have a respiratory condition, breathing issues related to anxiety, or are recovering from Covid-19.
