ArtsMark

“The advantage of working with Independent Arts, for us as a small village school, is to work alongside an artist, collaborate on a larger project and produce work that has a defined purpose and an audience. The children have had an insight into what planning  a larger scale piece of art entails and they have learnt some processes including wet felting, printing and sewing skills and have also made a collagraph. All these skills are transferable  and will give them confidence in future independent art tasks”

Sarah Maloney, Year 5/6 teacher, St Helens Primary School
