Wellbeing Café is a supported informal session, with tea, chat, and a simple creative activity.

Wellbeing Café offers a chance to meet with others in a creative and safe environment on Thursday mornings 11:00am-12:00pm.

Though we can’t offer 1 to 1 the Wellbeing Cafe is suitable for those who require additional support, please contact the team to book a place.
