A day exploring Ryde through creativity and public art
Friends and family of Pete Holden have raised thousands of pounds for Independent Arts in his memory.
Isle of Wight creatives have until Monday 20th February to apply for a commission of up to four thousand pounds, to work with young people to transform neglected and hidden spaces in Ryde.

There will be more ways to dance yourself to health and happiness this year through Independent Arts’ popular dance for wellbeing programme DanceMakers, and its sister project DanceSense, thanks to new to funding from The National Lottery and Sport England through Energise me.
Independent Arts is really pleased and proud to be selected as the nominated charity of Cowes Fringe, a brand new quirky and creative showcase of talent, taking place 26th-28th May 2023.

A Four thousand pounds commission is being offered for artists/performers to work with young people in Ventnor to create a youth-friendly creative space in the town during February and March this year.
A wide range of participants, from primary aged children to the elderly, have been celebrating the festive season with Independent Arts in the run-up to Christmas.
